Cancellation and Refund Policy for Events
In the event of a need to cancel, we try to balance the risk for you and for us as much as possible. Your full payment signals your comittment to attending the event. We secure the venue, facilitators and other retreat resources with a financial payment. We also recognise that life happens.
If you wish to cancel/withdraw from attending for whatever reason, and someone else takes your place, then you will be issued with a full refund less a cancellation fee of £100.
If you have to cancel because of illness, and your place is not filled, your payment will be retained to take account of incurred costs and you will be offered an individual session at a time to suit.
If any of the facilitators are ill and have to step down we have a pool of support we can draw on. If there is no support available and we have to cancel the event because of illness or events out of our control then you will be offered a full refund or the option to move your place to another event.
We encourage you to take out insurance to guard against financial loss due to life circumstances.
