Group Events
A common enquiry is “Do I join a Holotropic group event or do I book an individual session?”
With a group event you get to experience the magic of community. The giving and receiving of support and the shared stories in community is an aspect of this work through which many people receive a healing. Very often participants stay in touch with each other after the experience thereby growing their network of support.
Group Day Events start at 8am and complete at 8pm with a preparation session the day before. Participants get to breathe once and sit once.
Group Weekend Events start at 6pm on the Friday and complete with lunch on Sunday at 12.30pm with a preparation session the week before. This format is more spacious than the one day event allowing more opportunity for learning and integration. Participants get to breathe once and sit once.
Group Themed Events start at 6pm on the Thursday and complete with lunch on Sunday at 12.30pm with a preparation session the day before. This format allows the inclusion of more theoretical input and there is more space for learning and integration. Participants get to breathe twice and sit twice bringing about an invitation for a deeper immersion.
Very often we schedule a group day event immediately after a group weekend event providing some additional flexibility for those who would like to breathe and sit twice.
